Information we collect

How we use your information

Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you opt in to a newsletter), the performance of a contract (when you use our products), and our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Email and unsubscribing

We only send emails to people who have asked to receive them. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can stop receiving messages at any time. We honour unsubscribe and suppression requests promptly.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our services, such as email delivery and cloud infrastructure providers, and only to the extent necessary. These providers are bound by appropriate data-protection terms.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@simplifide.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
